Make meal planning fun!

Hi there! Dedicate one hour to meal prep each weekend: Prepare a few ingredients ahead of time, like chopping veggies for the week or making a dressing or marinade.
Make meal planning fun: Listen to an audiobook or podcast while you cook, involve family members in meal decisions, or share what you're cooking with the Start TODAY Facebook group.
