Happy March! You know what the start of the month means: Time to dive into a brand new workout challenge. This month we're tackling planks. Stephanie Mansour designed a plan that will have us all doing a 60-second plank by April! Plus, fewer than 10% of people get the 2 ½ to 3 ½ cups of vegetables needed daily to optimize their health. Can you guess which takes the top prize as the healthiest veggie? |

Today's workout is strength routine 1 and a 15-second plank. Before jumping in, take time to take the plank test and determine your level. Start by getting into a basic plank position. If you're unable to hold it for 15 seconds while maintaining proper form or feel pain in your wrists, shoulders or low back, that's a signal to modify to our beginner or ultra-beginner level. If you're able to hold it easily, it's time to step it up to the advanced or ultra-advanced level. Print the monthly calendar — and get your strength workout here. Want to track your mileage this month, too? Here's your 100-mile challenge calendar for March! |

Shrimp is a perfect weeknight protein since it's easy to defrost in icy water, and it helps you meet the recommended goal of eating seafood twice a week. The cilantro-lime dressing brings everything together here; it serves as the marinade for the corn and shrimp and the dressing for the salad. The salad is plated with a fun surprise: tortilla chips. The various textures add an element of interest to this easy meal, and many tortilla chips are made from whole-grain corn. Breakfast: Joy Bauer's Broccoli Tots with Eggs and Fruit Lunch: Leftovers or takeout Dinner: Grilled Corn and Avocado Salad with Cilantro-Lime Shrimp Skewers |

What are the healthiest vegetables? The No. 1 pick, according to a dietitian |

Yet, fewer than 10% of people get the 2 ½ to 3 ½ cups of vegetables needed daily to optimize their health. That's a big miss because, of all the foods we eat, vegetables should take the prime place on our plates. If you're deciding which vegetables to add to your weekly lineup, check out our list of healthiest vegetables, along with some of their research-backed benefits. This is the #1 healthiest veggie. |
