As much as we want to eat sausage and eggs for every meal, is it safe to only consume animal products and no carbs? Experts say there's a risk of nutrient deficiencies by leaving out plant-based foods, and it can also mess with your digestion (read: constipation). However, there are also benefits, like eliminating sugar. See a sample meal plan and what studies have to say about whether the carnivore diet is for you. |

A little pick-me-up before you go. |
It ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep movin' forward! The spirit of Rocky Balboa lives on in the next generation, as a young Rocky fan showed in a galvanizing moment with the man himself. While celebrating "Rocky" day in Philadelphia, Sylvester Stallone was approached by Ro Knight, 9, who launched into a passionate speech delivered by Stallone in the 2006 sequel "Rocky Balboa." "Let me tell you something that you already know," Knight tells Stallone, channeling Rocky. "The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows!" the two say together. The sweet scene ended with the two sharing a hug. See the moment here. |
