"I don't have people set goals, and I don't use that word," said B.J. Fogg, Ph.D. and author of "Tiny Habits: The Small Changes That Change Everything", but he does focus on habits. To pick up a "tiny habit," Fogg recommends choosing something to accomplish every day that takes little to no time (like a daily one-minute plank), and attaching this activity to something else you already do every day. He gave an example of doing five squats every morning while your coffee brews.
