Here is your Daily Feng Shui Tip by Ellen Whitehurst for Sunday, August 4 Author Erich Segal once wrote that 'love means never having to say you're sorry,' and that might be most especially true today on 'International Forgiveness Day.' Feng Shui says that if you need to forgive someone but can't quite muster the emotional energy for a face-to-face forgiveness session, you should use the following cure to affect forgiveness from a cosmic perspective. You'll need a lidded glass container, honey, a piece of plain white paper, a green ink pen, a small white candle and your intention. Write the name of the person you want to forgive, or who you would like to receive forgiveness from, in green ink on the piece of paper. Fold the paper and put it inside the glass receptacle. Cover the paper with honey and shut the lid tightly. For nine consecutive nights, at approximately the same time, light the white candle somewhere in the vicinity of the receptacle and briefly visualize a coming together with the person whose name is written on the paper. On the ninth night allow the candle to burn out completely. Put the glass jar and the remnants of the candle in a brown paper bag and dispose of it anywhere outside of your living space.
