Last week, we did a poll in the Facebook group and a lot of members said that they were trying to stick to their workout routines over the holidays. As your trainer, I commend you! It's amazing that you're making your health a top priority. I also want to make sure that you aren't too hard on yourself if the holiday haze throws you off course. Please remember that SOMETHING is better than NOTHING. So, if your normal workout is 30 minutes, try aiming for 20 or even 15 minutes. If your issue is that others don't understand your commitment to your workouts, that's a different story. If you really do have time for your regular fitness routine got time, but are around others who don't understand, simply tell them that you need this time for your workout so that you're in a better mood.
