A lot of folks get sick during the holidays. The combination of travel stress and schedule disruption can be taxing on your body. Even if you don't get sick, changing climates and air travel can make you feel a bit sniffly. The good news is that light exercise is generally OK if you're feeling a little bit under the weather. Make sure not to push yourself, though. If you go for your walk, take things at a slower pace when you're not feeling 100%. And who knows? The fresh air may just help you breathe better!
