Dr. Howard Tucker, a 100-year-old neurologist in Cleveland, Ohio, has been recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's oldest practicing doctor. He has managed to avoid heart disease, cancer, dementia and other major health problems many people must deal with as they age. Good genes are key to healthy longevity, Tucker said, but they must be supported by "moderation of nutrition, alcohol and happiness." That last part is key: "You have to be happy in your job and in your domestic life," Tucker noted.
