In 2019, recent retiree Scott Kuczmarski befriended Robert Pineda, who had been living on the street for almost 30 years. Gaining Robert's trust, Scott got him diagnosed and treated for schizophrenia, and today the two men share an unbreakable friendship. Craig Melvin reports for The Upside on the 3rd Hour of TODAY.
