Steal the healthy habit of people who avoid burnout

Happy Labor Day! Work can be a fulfilling, meaningful part of your life, but it can also lead to burnout. To prevent that from happening, schedule real breaks and take them. To really re-energize, leave your desk and talk with someone down the hall, go for a quick walk outside or grab a cup of tea, experts suggest. Most people need a break every couple of hours to avoid getting easily distracted. At the end of the day, remind yourself of what you have accomplished and say, "Yay, me."
