We spend so much time in life worrying about getting older, when in reality we really should just embrace it. (There's nothing we can do about it!) Hollywood is getting right on this bandwagon. Last week, beauty magazine Allure decided it was going to ban the term "anti-aging" from its publication, but it didn't end there. More recently, Jennifer Aniston opened up about getting older and wanting to celebrate aging.

"I don't think life stops after 50 — if anything, it gets more and more exciting," she told Glamour. "For some reason, we don't honor or pay respect to aging. It's something that we look at as a negative, and yet every single person on this planet does it. I don't understand why it's not something that's celebrated, why there's some sort of an expiration date on who you are as a person worth watching and a story being told about you."

We couldn't agree more with our favorite "Friends" star.

Aniston isn't the only one preaching body positivity. As part of our Why I Love My series, "Girls" actress Allison Williams opened up about learning to love her eyebrows, which she once thought made her look like actor Peter Gallagher.

"When they were gone, I realized how much I missed them. When they grew back, I started appreciating them," she said about over plucking eyebrows. "The first time someone told me — way after my awkward phase — that I looked Brooke Shields, I was like 'OK, they are never leaving my face. I'm obsessed with them if they make look like Brooke Shields."

That wasn't all. One of our favorite body positive activists Ashley Graham posted a photo of her mom wearing a bikini for the first time in 30 years. It instantly had us saying, "You go girl!" Another Instagram model clapped back at body-shamers with an inspiring post that had her rocking a crop top. It really was an inspiring week!

So with the weekend here, rock your favorite swimsuit at the beach or wear your favorite summer dress around town and most importantly feel fabulous doing so!
