Al Roker is vocal about being an avid walker, but his health routine doesn't stop there. He is also conscious of making smart decisions in the kitchen and the TODAY weatherman and anchor recently opened up about his dinner routine.
Al said he and his wife eat at home four or five nights a week. And he revealed the after-dinner habit that plays a role in maintaining his weight loss and helping him rack up those daily steps.
