Billy Joel's wife, Alexis Roderick Joel, shared her first comments yesterday since it was revealed last week that the legendary singer has been diagnosed with a rare type of dementia. Billy Joel, 76, has normal pressure hydrocephalus, a form of reversible dementia that led him to cancel all of his scheduled concert dates as he faces the condition.
