A woman who said she worked for Rudy Giuliani during the last two years of the Trump administration alleged in a lawsuit that Trump's personal attorney discussed selling presidential pardons and also detailed plans to overturn the 2020 election results. Noelle Dunphy said Giuliani claimed to have "immunity" and told "her that he was selling pardons for $2 million, which he and President Trump would split." Dunphy also said in her lawsuit that Giuliani sexually assaulted and harassed her, refused to pay her wages and often made "sexist, racist, and antisemitic remarks." She added that she had several recordings of interactions with him. "Mayor Rudy Giuliani unequivocally denies the allegations raised by Ms. Dunphy," his spokesperson said in a statement to NBC News. Donna Ford, 52, initially didn't think anything was wrong when she developed a headache after a bad fall at her Texas home. However, after working her shift that night as a nurse, she said her vision was impaired and she heard a "rushing sound" in one of her ears. She was taken to the emergency room and diagnosed with a brain bleed. The next morning she woke up and started vomiting. She was flown to a hospital in Houston, where she received a stunning diagnosis: leukemia. Ford's excessive bleeding was a symptom of the illness. She became the third U.S. patient to undergo a new minimally invasive surgery to treat her brain bleed, which then allowed doctors to treat her cancer. "It was pretty scary, but in the back of my mind I knew what was going on, and I knew it could be taken care of," Ford told us. See her story here.

Martha Stewart can now put "swimsuit model" next to "lifestyle mogul" on her extensive resume. At 81 years old, she is one of Sports Illustrated's four Swimsuit cover models for this year and the oldest woman ever to appear on the cover. (Last year, Maye Musk did it at 74.) She modeled nine swimsuits during a one-day whirlwind shoot. "To be on the cover at my age was a challenge, and I think I met the challenge," she said on TODAY. "For me, it's a testament to good living." See more photos here. |

Did anyone see the movie "Her"? Snapchat influencer Caryn Marjorie, 23, can't clone herself, so she did the next best thing: She launched a chatbot doppelgänger. Marjorie's bot, described as a "virtual girlfriend," features her voice and is powered by artificial intelligence. The influencer, who has 2 million followers, calls the tool CarynAI, and she said it generated $71,610 in revenue after one week from more than 1,000 fans who paid $1 per minute to use it, according to Fortune. Marjorie says she hopes the tool will help combat loneliness, but the creation has prompted a backlash and ignited a debate around the ethics of companion chatbots. Read more here. |

Don't even talk to Ayaan Holder until he's had his morning tea and read a few chapters of his favorite book. The adorable 6-year-old's morning routine looks more like a retired professor catching up on his stock performance than the frantic morning rush of many kids his age. Ayaan's mother, children's book author Alissa Holder, shared an Instagram video of Ayaan getting ready for his day with tea, cereal and "Diary of an Awesome Friendly Kid" at his tiny breakfast table. "Ayaan likes his alone time, and he also enjoys a calm and relaxing morning. He does not like to be rushed," Alissa, who lives in New York City, told TODAY.com. "So I'll get him up early, and he'll use the extra time to do a quiet activity." See the sweet video here. |
