We see a lot of Start TODAY members posting about Halloween candy and how to handle the inevitable cravings — the struggle is very real, friends. Let's face it: Most Americans consume about two or three times the recommended amount of sugar. And with many of us gearing up for trick-or-treating, it's even harder to resist packaged snacks and pieces of candy when a craving comes calling.
