When he was 13, Logan Aldridge had his left arm amputated after a wakeboarding accident, which was especially devastating because he was left-handed. He shared with us how he discovered adaptive sports, which even included him getting back on a wakeboard. Now he works as a coach to create fitness experiences for people of all abilities. Ryan Russell was a self-described "super healthy" dad until he started having headaches in April that felt like severe migraines. The headaches would come on about 20 minutes after he left the gym and would cause vision issues. Doctors thought it might be Covid-related or an inner-ear problem, but they ultimately found glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. Russell is currently receiving chemotherapy and radiation while sharing the lessons he's learned. "No more putting off until tomorrow, because we don't know what tomorrow is," he told us. |

We dare you not to laugh at the sight of Kevin Hart smacking The Rock in the face with a tortilla as part of TikTok's latest trend, the Tortilla Challenge. The 5-foot-2 Hart can barely keep it together, laughing uncontrollably after using the tortilla to thwack his friend and frequent co-star, the 6-foot-5 Dwayne Johnson, in a video they shared yesterday. They also both upped the ante by filling their mouths with water and trying to keep their composure. "You can tell @KevinHart4Real has been waiting for the day he can finally slap the s--- out of me with no consequences," The Rock wrote. |
