As the coronavirus continues to spread across the country, we are all dealing with a wide range of emotions. Self-help expert Brené Brown joined TODAY to share some advice to help you learn how to deal with anxiety, fear, panic and more.
"When we name an emotion, what we find is that it gives us power," explained Brown. "… Emotions can only really take you down if you're unaware of them. If you understand them and can name them, you can walk through them."
