It's not a surprise TODAY's Al Roker is up well before dawn for his job, but he actually wakes up extra early to start his day right. Like many successful people, he begins his morning with a workout. It ensures he gets his exercise in without any excuses and the habit sets him up to be ahead of the game for the rest of the day.
"I think you're most productive when you have the least number of distractions," he says. "And at 4:30 in the morning, there are no distractions."
