Hi Developer Wow, it’s been a really exciting month!! We went live with Idea at the end of July with the short code number 51115. We started promotions in two states and are seeing a good number of users! We’ve started small, but our future looks bright and full of opportunities. We’re delighted about the new avenues in txtWeb that are opening up for you. On a side note: How do you like our new newsletter? Now, to catch you up on all the short code launch action! August Launch updates: After going live on Idea, we started with small promotions this month in Karnataka and Kerala and we saw some fantastic responses to these promotions. We will be doing a lot more of these promotions in the coming month and in more states as well. We always believe in experimenting on a small scale and then we will adapt our best practices at a much larger scale. We launched, we learned and now we are set to Conquer! Your earnings: You can now see your earnings on short code in your wallet on your txtWeb account. Click here to see your earnings. You will be paid 1.5 paisa per request for your app. The numbers may seem really small this month, but do remember we just launched and we haven't even begun our full scale marketing. Next month, our efforts are going to be heavily focused on marketing txtWeb on 51115 and you will see much better numbers in your Wallets soon enough, we promise!! Subscriptions coming up: What’s coming up next you ask? So far, we have only launched a per message pricing, but we are very shortly launching Subscription Packs!!! We are betting big on this!! By subscription packs we mean a user can now subscribe for a pack which has a few days of validity at subsidized prices, with a few 100 messages per pack. This will help our users to interact with your great apps more freely and not worry so much about the cost associated with each request. This will lead to lot higher usage and engagement from our users. This means your apps will get used more, and hence you will earn more money!! And that... can only be a good thing :) Update your banking info: C'mon now!! Don't you want to be paid? You are doing such great work, it’s only fair you get what you rightfully deserve. Our hands are tied unless you give us your banking information by updating your profile. If you have already given us your details, we thank you and ask you to be patient with seeing your earnings reflect in real money. Other updates: We also do want to let you also know what has been happening on your favorite platform really quickly. This month was mainly invested in getting txtWeb up-and-ready to rock the short code. But, we do have our usual efforts to help you improve your apps by the below initiatives.... and your fellow developers are using these initiatives as we speak to make their apps, the next big thing.
