Instead of delaying a reset or putting off your next workout or healthy meal, jump back on course and make your next choice a healthy one. Staying focused on something on what you're doing right and giving yourself credit for accomplishments instead of beating yourself up is a better long-term strategy to stay healthy. And, let's be honest, it's more fun to move forward than it is to stay stuck. Reducing the time in between an unhealthy choice or choices and your next healthy choice is a HUGE success on its own!
