'Every state should have a mask order,' doctor says

Dr. Ashish Jha, director of the Harvard Global Health Institute, tells TODAY that the number of coronavirus cases "is going to continue to rise across the country" and warns: "A lot of hospitals are already starting to bump up against their capacity." He says, "We need a national strategy, and every state should have a mask order" – particularly if we want to keep schools open in the fall.
