Jordan Metzl, a sports medicine doctor and fitness instructor, says that the best kind of exercise is the one that gets you out of bed every day. It doesn't matter kind of exercise you do as long as you're doing it every day. Yoga, great. Walking, perfect. Jogging, fabulous. Zumba, you bet!
