How to get an accurate blood pressure reading every time

Whether at home or the doctor's office, blood pressure should be measured the right way.

You need to be still for at least five minutes before; be in a quiet room; have an empty bladder; and stop smoking, drinking caffeinated beverages or exercising within 30 minutes before taking the measurement.
