How to stock your freezer for a healthy week

It's a lot easier to eat whole, real foods with the help of your freezer. Don't turn your nose up at frozen veggies! They can help you stay on the healthy path when you're having a busy week.

Here are a few things Keri Glassman, a registered dietitian, stocks in her freezer: butternut squash, frozen spinach, frozen Swiss chard, frozen broccoli rabe and frozen herbs in ice cube trays.
