TODAY One Small Thing
Seeking happiness? There's a class for that. Psychology professor Laurie Santos teaches the basics of living the good life, now the most popular class in the history of Yale College.

She says you don't have to change your circumstances to be happy – so it doesn't take a big salary, new car or slimmer figure. Instead, just rewire your habits to spend your time and energy the right way. One strategy the happiest people practice every day: Pause for 10 minutes to think about five things you're grateful for. Usually, the gifts in your life come from someone you're thankful for.

The happiness class is now available for free to anyone with an internet connection. Follow the link to see how to take part.
