In a given day, women should consume no more than three drinks; men should have no more than four… Which can be a tall order when you're on the holiday party circuit. One tip that helps is to alternate alcoholic drinks with water. It will slow down your drinking and help you avoid a hangover the next day. Remember to also keep count of your drinks.
