Today's workout is HIIT walk.
Jeanine Raine knew what she needed to do to lose weight. She'd planned to change her eating habits and incorporate exercise into her daily routine. She was over the fad diets and under-eating that only ever resulted in her gaining the weight back and then some.
This time was going to be different, and that's precisely what she told her doctor. But his response wasn't what she was expecting: "In my professional opinion, I think that you have too much weight to lose, and I don't think you're going to be able to lose it naturally," he told Raine, she remembers.
Raine walked out of her doctor's office, switched to another practice and never saw him again. Now, two years later, at 29, she's down 210 pounds and counting, and she did it the way she said she would — on her own terms.
