Like most of us, Canadian mom Breanne Allarie was riveted by the women's gymnastics competition in Paris. Unlike most of us, she saw the athletes' aerial moves and thought, "I can do that." To the delight of millions, the mother of two brought the Olympics to her kitchen in a TikTok video where she does a hand stand, a switch leap, and something called a Shushunova. Allarie, who has a gymnastics background, also reacted to being called "brave" for performing in a bathing suit. "I think it's just about me being me," she told TODAY.com. "And the world can either take it or leave it." See the video. |
