How to save on back-to-school supplies

The National Retail Federation reports that families are expected to spend a record $890 on supplies this year, but there's a way to lower the bill by shopping secondhand. NBC's Vicky Nguyen joins TODAY to offer some advice, including trading clothes for cash, buying refurbished electronics and how to safely return items.
