We'll also be tracking non-scale victories, a habit that trainer Stephanie Mansour says helps keep people more motivated and committed to a routine than relying on the scale. Plus, supercharge your workouts with these 5 summer playlists from Al Roker, Hoda Kotb and more. |

| Today's workout is an upper body dumbbell routine. A new month means a new workout plan! In August, we'll be keeping an upper-body routine on the schedule, but also adding a lower-body strength workout to the rotation. Plus, we'll be taking our cardio to the next level by incorporating some longer walks. Members of the Start TODAY community are proof that losing weight is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the positive changes that come with a healthy lifestyle. That's why you'll notice that your calendar also leaves room to track your non-scale victories this month! These are benefits that come as a result of committing to a fitness routine that have nothing to do with your weight. Some examples include: - Drank 8 glasses of water a day.
- Saved money by cooking at home instead of ordering takeout.
- Increased energy or better mood.
- Clothes fitting better.

Cooking fish at home often seems intimidating. What type should you buy? Won't it overcook? Will it stick to the pan? Enter this recipe. Briny, salty olives and roasted tomatoes give this dish Mediterranean vibes. The best part: Cooking fish on a sheet pan means there's no splattering or mess whatsoever and no chance of the fish sticking to the pan. Serve with roasted baby potatoes — also called creamer potatoes — which you can find ready-to-cook in most grocery stores. |
