Find yourself feeling unmotivated, tired, or lazy today? That's because it takes our bodies time to adjust to the time change! Instead of beating yourself up for how you feel, embrace the reality that the time changed and your body is changing with it. Don't beat yourself up for not getting in a walk or your workout (if that's the case). Or, if you've walked slower or a shorter distance, don't feel bad about it.
