Whether you're traveling or home for the holidays, you can get a great workout by incorporating stairs into your routine. Using these exercises on a set of stairs will help tone and strengthen your legs and glutes. These can be challenging moves, so if you feel they're a bit more intense than what you're used to, try subbing in an alternative exercise.

Here's the routine: Run up and down the stairs to warm up. Then, perform sumo squat jumps all the way to the top of the stops. For your descent, perform a jumping jack squat all the way down. Next, side hop up the stairs. The final move is a sumo squat with a close-leg squat combo, up the stairs. For a full workout, complete this circuit back-to-back with short rests in between, for three rounds.
