A two-day manhunt for the suspect wanted in the killing of a Minnesota lawmaker and her husband, as well as the shooting of a state senator and his wife, came to an end last night when he was found armed and crawling in a field in Minnesota, police said. Vance Boelter, 57, faces state and federal charges in connection with the murders of state Rep. Melissa Hortman, a 55-year-old Democrat, and her husband, Mark, and the attempted murders of state Sen. John Hoffman, a Democrat, and his wife, Yvette, authorities said. |
