Portland Trail Blazers head coach Chauncey Billups, Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier and dozens of others were charged yesterday as part of two sweeping investigations: one into illegal sports gambling and the other into poker rigging schemes allegedly backed by the Mafia. The charges include wire fraud, money laundering, extortion, robbery and illegal gambling, FBI Director Kash Patel said at a news conference yesterday. "The fraud is mind-boggling," Patel said.
