Krystena Murray, 38, is suing the fertility clinic she used to conceive a child after the wrong embryo was implanted in her, resulting in her giving birth to a child "who was not biologically related to her," according to a lawsuit filed in Georgia. She then had to give custody of the baby to his biological parents five months later, per the lawsuit. Murray, who is white, immediately "knew something was very wrong" because the boy she delivered was a "dark-skinned, African American baby," the lawsuit says. |

Brian Gibbs is one of a thousand National Park Service employees who were fired by the Trump administration earlier this month after losing his job at Effigy Mounds National Monument in Iowa. He described his devastation in a Facebook post that has struck a chord. "I am tired of wiping away my wife's tears and reassuring her that things will be OK for us and our growing little family that she's carrying," he wrote. "Things are not OK. I am not OK." Gibbs also spoke to TODAY.com about his heartbreak, saying he has "worry about the future protection and preservation of our public lands." |

Tests found the man's total blood cholesterol was more than 1,000 — five times the total for healthy adults. However, the patient also said he experienced positive side effects from the diet, so we had Dr. Kostas Marmagkiolis, who treated him, weigh in on whether the carnivore regimen is healthy. |
