Actor, musician and activist Kris Kristofferson died at 88 at his home in Maui, Hawaii, on Saturday, a representative confirmed yesterday. Kristofferson was a Grammy-winning country music star in the 1970s who rose to greater fame in a remake of "A Star is Born" opposite Barbra Streisand in 1976.
