In a scene captured on video, two U.S. Marines were assaulted yesterday by a group of young nationalists in the western port of Izmir, Turkey, officials in both countries said. The footage shows the Marines surrounded by a group of 15 people who were chanting "Yankee go home," and one attacker is seen putting a bag over the head of one of the Marines. Other Marines intervened, and no one was injured, the Navy said in a statement. Here's the latest.
