Three Taylor Swift concerts in Vienna have been canceled after Austrian officials arrested two men who allegedly had specific and detailed plans to carry out a terror attack at her shows. One of the suspects had a vast amount of ISIS material, "explosive devices, knives and machete," Austrian authorities said.
