A multiple manslaughter investigation has been launched into the captain of a superyacht that sank in a storm off Sicily, killing British tech magnate Mike Lynch and six other people. The vessel's captain, James Cutfield, is also being investigated on suspicion of causing a shipwreck, his lawyer said. He will be questioned by Sicilian prosecutors today, eight days after the boat sank in what Italian officials called a "violent storm." An Italian prosecutor said on Aug. 24 that the sinking could have been caused by "behaviors that were not in order." Here's the latest.
A plea from a kindergarten teacher in Illinois has ignited a debate about birthday cupcakes in school.
