Today's workout is walk. "I know sometimes you can psych yourself out from a walk. For me, I have to get into an elevator, say hit to a few people in my building (that I'm bound to run in to!) and then get outside in nature. I am never regretful once I am moving outside! So think of the freedom and joy you feel when you're walking outside, and use that to propel you out the door," says Stephanie Mansour, TODAY SHOW's Fitness Contributor. |
