Author Amy Latta first came up with the idea of a "Thankful Pumpkin" as a fun way to teach her son Noah, then 3, about gratitude on Thanksgiving. They took a marker and wrote things they were grateful for in life on a pumpkin. She posted a photo of it on her blog back in 2012, and now it's become a tradition for many families. Hoda and Jenna created a few themselves in 2020. "It's not an ordered list, just something fun where we write things down as they come to mind," Latta said. See the photos here.
