Today's workout is a 20-minute walk. If you're feeling bored with walking indoors, try taking a different route through the house or finding an elevated surface to walk up. But make sure to keep it simple and focus on your breathing. You can also try playing some of your favorite songs and walking to the beat! Also, just because it's an indoor walking challenge doesn't mean you can't walk outside. Do what works best for you! |
