Abigail Zwerner, 25, a first-grade teacher at Richneck Elementary School in Newport News, Virginia, is being praised for her actions after she was able to evacuate her classroom after being shot in the chest last week by one of her 6-year-old students, police said. There were 16 to 20 students in the classroom at the time, and the wounded teacher "was able to get all of her students out" and was the last one to leave, police said. The first-grader allegedly took the firearm from his home, and his mother had purchased the gun legally, officials said. Zwerner remains in stable condition at a local hospital, and she has only asked police one question: "Do you know how my students are?" Here's the latest. |

Does your candle even smell good if it hasn't been approved by 2-year-old Sunday Kramer yet? The Dallas toddler has a discerning nose for scented candles, sharing her reviews on TikTok after sniffing each one like a seasoned critic. She renders her verdict on candles from Bath & Bodyworks, Tom Ford and more with a simple "yes" or "no" — although she's recently expanded her critiques to include the coveted, "Ooooh. Nice." Her mother had her smelling spices from the pantry at 6 months old, and now Sunday may be the internet's foremost candle judge. "From now on, I'm only buying candles approved by her," one TikToker said. We're putting our balsam and cedar candle purchase on hold until Sunday weighs in. See her funny reviews here. |
