Congratulations! Tomorrow marks the end of the December challenge and it's been a real whirlwind! You officially committed to 31 days of walking and cardio and made moving every day a habit. That's amazing! Even if you didn't do it perfectly, just being part of the challenge is an accomplishment — especially during the holidays. Take time to celebrate and reward yourself for all of your hard work. Then, keep the momentum going with our January workout plan!
