Former President Donald Trump invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination more than 440 times yesterday during a deposition in the New York attorney general's civil probe into the Trump Organization's business practices, a source told NBC News. In a four-hour deposition, the only question Trump answered was his name, his attorney told NBC News. The office of New York Attorney General Letitia James is weighing whether to bring a civil suit against Trump and his company and said in court filings that it found "numerous misrepresentations" in Trump's financial statements. |

The actor, who starred in the original series from 1988-93, denied allegations made in a Hollywood Reporter story in which female crew members described a relationship on set between the married Savage and a younger woman that made them "uneasy," as well as verbal harassment and an alleged assault of a former crew member. "While there are some incidents being reported that absolutely did not and could not have happened, any one person who feels hurt or offended by my actions is one person too many," Savage, 46, told NBC News in a statement. "I will work to address and change any behavior that has negatively affected anyone." See his full statement here. |

It was the act of sportsmanship seen 'round the world. Texas East pitcher Kaiden Shelton was visibly shaken after his pitch during the Little League playoffs slipped away and hit a batter in the helmet, sending him crashing to the ground. The batter, Oklahoma's Isaiah Jarvis, thankfully was uninjured and jogged to first base. But when he saw Shelton distraught on the mound, Jarvis walked over to his opponent and hugged him. "I wanted to make sure he was all right," Isaiah told TODAY. "And I wanted to make sure he knew that I was all right." See the full moment here. |
