One move fitness guru Jessica Smith recommends is the "towel squeeze bridge."
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place a folded towel between your knees and squeeze them together to activate your inner thighs. Lift hips off the floor, as high as you can, towards the ceiling. Hold for two counts, then lower down. That's one rep. Repeat this movement 15 times.
