Forget perfection. You learn the most when you make a healthy number of mistakes, a new study has found.

When a challenge is too simple, you don't learn anything new; if it's too hard, you'll grow discouraged. The point at which you're learning the most in life is when you're struggling a little bit, but not too much, psychologists say. You'll be engaged, but not bored or anxious.
