With so many work and family responsibilities, there's often no time to squeeze in a workout at the gym. But fitness expert Denise Austin and daughter Katie have some solutions! They advise staying fit by adding a few simple moves to your daily routine -- anytime, anywhere.

"Your muscles don't know whether you're in a fancy gym or in the kitchen," Austin said. She advises doing quick exercises all day long: everything from bicep curls and squats, to thigh-toning and ab-tightening moves. They all add up to real results.
