Pulling off a surprise for someone you love is hard work. There are weeks of planning and swearing everyone to secrecy. (Trust me, we're working on something big here at TODAY for our Kathie Lee!) This week, we met a group of daughters who couldn't have organized a better birthday surprise for their mom. The women bought mom tickets to a concert, but there was a catch: They wanted her to guess the singer. I couldn't stop laughing as she tried to figure it out. The best part?
