Sen. John McCain will be honored with tributes from Arizona to the nation's capital ahead of his funeral in Annapolis, Maryland, on Sunday. On Wednesday, McCain will lie in state at the Arizona Capitol, followed by a service at North Phoenix Baptist Church, where McCain's former colleague and friend Joe Biden will deliver a eulogy. On Friday, McCain will lie in state at the U.S. Capitol, becoming just the 31st person to receive the honor. NBC National Correspondent Peter Alexander reports.
